There is a growing list of library camps in the LISWiki here. The list currently includes events in the United States and Australia.
We tend to use the word "unconference" and "library camp" interchangeably. However, they may not be synonymous. For example, an library consortium may have a weekend training event that is a called a "library camp" and which is not an unconference. Therefore, be sure to define for your audience what your event will entail.
